The main structure is carved from a solid block of colored travertine and its essential geometry softened by carefully balanced volumes that highlight the stone’s natural depth and variation. A removable leather-covered lid completes the upper profile and is mirrored by a leather-covered fixed base beneath. When closed, this dual presence creates a refined symmetry, giving the piece a sense of visual calm and intentional equilibrium.
